Q & A
Are you insured?

Yes! We carry my own General Liability as well as Equipment insurance. This allows us to photograph a multitude of venues and events in this area and beyond.
How do you keep up with changes in your industry?

We am constantly learning and looking to achieve goals in my field. Keely is a proud member of both Professional Photographers of America and Florida Professional Photographers. She will be working toward certification in the future and constantly strives to improve her knowledge and skills.

What happens if we need to change the date? What if it rains?

We will always do my best to accommodate changes, last minute for any reason (especially in Florida's rainy season). Session retainers do not expire and can be used on any given available date.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, ACH, Credit and Debit cards. I do not accept third party platforms at this time (Paypal, Venmo, Etc)
Ask about available,, interest-free payment plans!

Do you require a session or date retainer?

Yes, for weddings I require 25% of the total booking as a non-refundable date retainer. The remainder can be paid at any time up until the week prior to the event.
All other sessions require a 50% retainer payment for booking.

What if we need to cancel for any reason?

I'm sorry to hear it!

For portrait sessions, cancelations made more than 72 hours in advance are refundable within 7-10 business days less any transaction fees. Cancelations within 72 hours of the scheduled session or no-shows will not be refunded.

For weddings or larger contracted events, the date retainer is non-refundable. However, payments made in excess of the date retainer are refundable less any transaction fees.
